Bridging the Gap
We bridge the language gap between you and your nervous system. By integrating environmental science, physiology, and nervous system regulation, we help you make sense of your symptoms so you can move toward stability and regulation.
The New Leaf Neuro Story
New Leaf Neuro bridges the language gap between you and your nervous system—helping you understand and respond to its signals in a way that supports regulation.
At the same time, our background in environmental health science, engineering, and complex chronic illness allows us to bridge another critical gap: connecting symptoms to potential triggers through expert interpretation of environmental exposures and data.
Liz McGhee, RS
Co-Founder & Lead Environmental, Neuro-Immune & Autonomic Consultant
Environmental Health Scientist | Cell & Molecular Biologist
With a background in environmental health science, cell and molecular biology, and communicable and infectious disease, Liz brings a systems-based perspective to understanding how both environmental exposures and biological stressors impact the body’s regulatory systems.
Her work includes professional interpretation of environmental testing and exposure data, such as mold reports, indoor air quality assessments, and environmental history, to help identify contributors to ongoing system activation. This is paired with an understanding of how microbial exposures, infectious triggers, and environmental conditions interact with immune and physiological responses.
She integrates environmental science, physiology, and nervous system regulation to identify patterns, reduce reactivity, and translate complex information into structured, practical strategies that support stabilization and recovery.
Her approach also includes education around building science, ventilation, and indoor environmental conditions, helping clients understand how their surroundings may influence exposure risk and ongoing reactivity.
Having lived with MCAS and POTS herself, she brings both scientific rigor and real-world insight into navigating complex chronic conditions in daily life.

Pascal Boudreau
Co-Founder | Principal Building Systems Engineer, P.Eng
Pascal Boudreau, P.Eng. is a licensed Professional Engineer with over 30 years of experience in systems analysis and engineering design. His career has included work in complex infrastructure systems, including power systems and telecommunications, where reliability, signal integrity, and environmental conditions must be carefully analyzed and managed.

At New Leaf Neuro, Pascal applies this systems-based perspective to the built environment. His work focuses on how building conditions — including moisture dynamics, ventilation patterns, and indoor air quality — influence environmental safety within indoor spaces.

Pascal helps bridge the gap between complex building systems and human health by interpreting how factors such as ventilation habits, moisture patterns, building materials, and VOC emissions may influence symptom patterns for sensitive individuals.

He also leads New Leaf Neuro’s Environmental Building Masterclasses, helping individuals and professionals better understand how indoor environments can be structured to reduce mold risk and support healthier living spaces.
