Bridging the Gap is a free education and support community focused on MCAS, POTS, mold-related illness, histamine sensitivity, dysautonomia, and sensitive systems.

This group was created to help bridge the gap between symptoms, triggers, nervous system regulation, environmental factors, and practical day-to-day understanding.

We share science-informed education, tools, discussions, experiences, and resources designed to help people better understand patterns, navigate flares, and move toward greater stability and regulation.

Whether you are newly navigating symptoms or have been dealing with them for years, you are welcome here. This is a supportive, non-alarmist space centered around learning, community, and practical understanding.

Please feel free to join at any time using the footer link below by clicking “Join Our Free Facebook Group.” Our group is called Bridging the Gap to Regulation.
